Home loan application - No response

I've banked with FNB for more than 10 years and just applied for my first home loan through them and got absolutely no response. I've now started applying with other instituations. I'm so disappointed with FNB. New customers can switch to FNB in less than 10 minutes but exsisting customers don't get the time of day.
