The last time I complained about the poor service of MiWay - on my brothers car
Today I am still awaiting for them to refund him for the access he had to pay when it was the other drivers fault

its amazing how companies will rip you off when they want there monthly instalment but fall short of refunding you when you are due

I hope they get this email and respond asap...
