Unlawful debits

Loan Detector debited my account in November last year and l never authorised it, i then went to the bank to dispute which my bank was very helpful, however last week l get an sms stating that l owe them 399 and if l dont pay them within 48hours they will hand me over to their legal department, for what exactly? what services have they ever provided me with? They attached their contact details on the sms and l have been trying to call them for clarity but the number doesnt exist, l will definately report them to the Ombudsman.
