Claim not paid

I have submitted a claim on the 13.11.13 and i have followed up on this claim but to no avail. The ladies in the claims dept keep saying they will call me back in the next 5 minutes but never do. I have received a final notice letter from the pathology company and they want to hand this account over.
I do not know what to do anymore, its January already and nothing is happening
