48 Hours later and still nothing

Good day

I have applied for a personal loan and was told it was approved and would be in my account at the latest today.

That seemed to be untrue and I have enquired 3 times already since this morning and was told every time that they are working on it and someone will call me back but still nothing.

I am extremely disappointed because I explained to the consultant the urgency of the funds that is needed for a funeral that is this weekend and of which things need to be paid for today!!!

Because of my past experiences with Direct Axis, i thought I could rely on them again but this was a very rude awakening for me.
