Good Morning,

I have been asking you guys to help me to resolve this issue that I keep on having with my applications. I have been trying since Saturday morning last week and I keep getting errors, my applications won't complete and then they expire and I have to start again. I go through the whole process again and when I get to the end I get this error message. It is not my browser as I have tried on different pc's and on different devices as well as different browsers.

The process takes "10 minutes" yet I am still struggeling a weel later and no one is able to help me.
