Website for UNISA not functioning

Applications for UNISA opened yesterday. I have tried many times to register and everytime I get to submit, it throws back the same error. NO STREET/POSTAL DELIVERIES FOR AREA/AREA CODE. Even when I changed the address it still insists that I am incorrect. I email the webmaster and have had no response even when ticking the box fro CONTACT ME URGENTLY.

Please can someone sort this error out as I would hate to miss applications again.
