Security check

On the 09/01/14 I was paying for some goods using my RCS card.when a call centre agent phoned me on my number which is linked to my card.he asked me if I was using my card I said yes I'm in shop rite so he needed to confirm my id number, gave that to him then he was asking so many other security questions and was still not satisfied he was speaking to the card holder. I was so embarrassed standing at the cash desk for 15 minutes. I think he was just trying to be difficult.
