On the 29/01 I made a call to the FNB credit card department and spoke to Nonkululeko advising her that i urgently need my credit card limit to be increased to R20.000 as I have a funeral expenses to take care of. She sent me the ref no and told me to fax my documents (lastest payslip and id copy) of which i did the same day. On the 01.02 I went to FNB branch in Brits to do a follow -up on my application the consultant gave me the phone to contact the call centre directly of which i did and I was placed on hold for abt 20 minutes and eventually the lady answered and told me i was being transfered to the wrong department and said she will escalate the matter to the correct department as my documennts are reflecting on the system. Up to this day my credit limit has not yet been increased I lost lot of money calling the call centre for follow-ups as im not in the office im at home.
