OVerlimit and being penalised more than once

My account was opened earlier in 2013. This is the third time that this has happened. I have registered with all the self service channels after them being smeared off on me. I logged a complaint with Standard bank the 2nd time it happened and to date have had NO feedback from the bank at all, not even an apology or a acknowledgement of the complaint.
I rely heavily on My Updates and Cellphone Banking to ensure that I do not overspend or go over my limit etc.
Twice now, I have checked the balances on my account on smses received and also on Cellphone/Internet Banking and have made purchases according to what I see there, a day or two later, I find I am in a minus balance. All the transactions are there, but the balances are all wrong!!! Tonight is the last straw, I transferred money to my account from my savings account last night to ensure I have enough money for payments I need to make and tonight low and behold I find that I am R240.51 over the limit!!! I will be closing my account in the morning and moving back to FNB! At least they try to assist their cusotmers! Oh, and apparently this is not an isolated incident!!! My advise to SBSA - take a note from FNB!!!
