Try open an account online for my son which turned out to be a comedy with submissions not going through. Although supplied via sms with a ref number, when trying to retrieve the application it shows message that the application is not available. What the FNB???
When attempting to speak to someone regarding this (from a number given by the website btw) I get pushed from one department to the next and eventually cut off!!!
Switch to FNB in ten minutes?!?!!?
Its been three days already! CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT PLEASE?!?!?!?
