Waste of Time

I'm told it's pre-approved I give a contact number for my hr department quality control decide to contact the holding company instead of the division I've been working for. I advise I will get a letter confirming my employment but that's still not good enough I get lame excuses and no willingness to assist I then contact the head office who is just a waste of time and apparently the manager Reginald who was speaking to the consultant less than 2 minutes ago has now just walked out. How useless!!! False advertising
