BAD SUPPLIER

I registered a claim for a front windscreen in December. Glassfit was supposed to fit this. The fitment took place on Friday 3 Jan 2013. The Claim was nearly R10 000.00 and my excess was R650.00. Today (8 January 2014) there was a Huge storm in my town. The rain came streaming into my car. Due to the bad fitment of Glasfit there may be further damages. I can get a vehicle for Car Hire on my Policy, but I have to fork out R1200.00 deposit. My point is this "additional" claim was due to bad fitment ship from Glasfit. Why must I pay?
