My further lending application unfortunately landed on the desk of Ms Judy McDonald who called to inform me that she did not receive my 3 month bank statement in order to process the application. I TRIED to explain that she was reading the clause she referred to me incompletely because it says "latest salary slip, 3 months latest consecutive calender months bank statements - reflecting all three salary deposits & if income is of a variable nature, pls supply 3 consecutive months payslips". I TRIED to explain that the bank statements were to see that the salary was deposited into the bank acc & that the payslips do show which acc the dep will be made into, BUT i couldnt get a word in as Ms McDonald kept talking over me. I became very annoyed and hang up on her. What kind of service is it when your employee talks over her client? Did she forget its because I AM A CLIENT OF SAHL that she gets a salary and has a job! very annoyed!!
