I was an unfortunate victim of having my cell phone snatched while I was shopping at a mall. On contacting my insurance to assist, I was advised that I didn't have any of my cell phones specified, however there is cover for un specified goods from which I can claim against. The process was explained my Nicolene very confidently, and I was requested to obtain a case no. in order for her to process the claim. I reported the incident to the Linden police station on the Monday, and received the case no. on the Wednesday 8th of Jan 2014. I called the no. that Nicolene has provided me with, to find out that she was not at work. I asked the consultant that took the call to kindly assist. I spoke to Maureen, explained what had happened and was then advised that sorry but we will not be able to assist. I would like the call made on Monday the 6th of Jan 2013 with Nicolene to be pulled and the conversation honoured as per the information given to me.
