Took R2000 out my account

I was retrenched from my job a few years ago, when I was I called standard bank to tell them cause I have, well had a revolving loan and a cheque account. Just to tell them that I will pay money in as much as I could. This wasaagreed, but a few times they have just debited my without my permission. I did not complain about it cause it was not large amounts. Now this past week they have taken R2000 out of my account. I called this morning to find out what I can do to get at least half of it back cause now I have no money to get me to work. I even asked if I can go get it reversed, but that cannot be done. I would like to know how can we make arrangements for me to pay back when I can and then they just help themselves.
