I have just got off the phone with one of your agents. I call to chat about a payment that came back as unpaid. The story goes like this, I have experienced bank, I have logged a case with the bank and they are busy concluding my case of. I called you guys to make an arrangement regarding the payment. a debit will run on the 17th January. I wanted to arrange something along the line of me informing you that I funds in my account please run the debit order. your agent told me straight of the phone the she cant help, no payment no cover. "REALLY" This is not a case of me being a bad payer. I have missed a payment and now you tell me no payment no cover, its not like I don't want to pay. My bank account has been cleaned out by . let me at least get my money back so that I can pay you. anyway seeing at I was told that no payment no cover and you guys cant see the effort. if your debit comes back as unpaid due to my bank account not having funds DUE TO, I will just have to move my car insurance to someone else, I promise you this much, I wont re-open my insurance with you.
