Good day

I am still without my settlement letter and I got a response from the supplier that I had to go to Edgards to get it withing 7days. I went to Egdars as requested however the system still shows that I am owing and the customer care consultants advised that in order for the paid up letter to be printed out by EDCON, I must still be cleared frm VVM system and have a ZERO balance which I do not.

Kindly assist further with this case and update the payment on ITC. Please advise on how else am I meant to deal with this matter.
