Unauthorized Debit

They have taken an amount of R350 out of my acc which they refuse to put back.
I am sorry but i dont remember taking a loan from them.. yes i was looking around for a loan, but they cant just take money out of my acc without my permission that is and i am going to lay a charge unless it is returned
