Mentioned account re-advance was approved and quotation was accepted on the 17th December 2013, all documents were recieved by absa cape town by name of Jenny Essop telnr: 021-4057600, and confirmed all documentation in order. as its the festive season we arranged with our contractor to start renovations on the 6th January 2014, because all was in order!!! Up to date no pay out has been made by absa, and with numerous calls to your call centre nobody know whats going on on can tell what to do? a lady by name of Carmen Koeresies tried to assist but also with promisses that she will get back to us!!! its 2 days later still nobody can tell us what the problem for our advance payout is!!! can anybody in ABSA please assist to this matter!!!
