Home loans Increase by about 33%

My home loan account was in arrears in october last year of _R 12 000 and was offered a spread which would cost me just over R 400 000 at the end of the Bond period which i declined. Now my account is suppossed to be R 15 400 in errears am being penalised by not accepting the spread. the penalty is the same as the spread i was offered. this is not on. Can Someone senior at Standard Bank look into this matter and help me. I cant afford R 20 000 a month my normal payment was R 15 000 and i ussually paid R 16 500. please assist me.
