I'M SICK & TIRED OF WAITING FOR SCORPION

I like how Scorpion advertise their services but when you try to request assist all they are professional at is ignoring & lying to their clients. This is my 1st time I lodge a complaint & more than 5 days later I'm still waiting for someone to contact me with my case & I've been a member for over 5years. Talk about perfect client services! I'm sickened to my stomach & I read some previous complains & just realise how bad this company is. I mean a simple courtesy call to a client who's been paying for all these years is impossible for them. I'm now wondering if they will assist me with my case if they fail to make a call to me. Its clear I made a mistake by investing my money on them & I will be an advocate of their bad service. Can someone please call me already? is this too much to ask for?
