I am furious with the service at Standard bank it seems every time I deal with anything Standard bank related, I come out wishing i never i never went in the first place. Whether it be insurence issues or in this case, My Bond.

So I went to Standard bank at Clearwater mall, It took 2 HOURS before i got to see someone, His name is Ismail, I explained to him I need to utilise my access bond to retrieve funds to build a wall by my house.
He told me that the access living account was no longer in operation and as my salary gets paid into a different bank, I would need to apply for a re-advance. He told me that I need to come back with relevant documentation..

I rushed back home and collected everything he asked for, rushed back to the bank, Where I had to wait even longer in the line. Finely a lady by the name Samantha Kasil said that she would help me. After explaining the whole story to her, she told me that i needed to come back the next day again so she could transfer the amount i needed. I voiced my concern about the long wait, She told me to come strait to her at 9am. As I arrived I was told she was not available and that I would have to wait again
