Accounts consolidation

It is irritating that everytime I apply for a consolidation I'm offered a loan. if I don't afford, how come I have been offered 5 loans then. i don't want to be paying so much as a result, my account is in debit with my bank. I demand a consolidation. I have been their loyal client for so long yet they cannot show me courtesy. I'm highly disappointed.
