Trying to resolve premium issues snince Nov 2013

I added a motorcycle to my policy in November and was given a revised premium which did not correspond to my original premium plus the bike.
I raised the issue with my broker and submitted 2 spreadsheets detailing the discrepancies and asked for a response from SANTAM
The response given was a different premium, not itemised and a nonsensical explanation.
On Friday 3rd Jan at 15h00, in desperation I phoned the SANTAM call centre to get the address of an office I could go to the resolve the issues in person. I was given the office at The Atrium in Auckland Park and told to be there before 16h30.
I arrived at 16h00 and was told everyone had gone home. persevering with the security guard two ladies Gairo Ismail and Jamilla stopped on their way home, took my details and assured me that a manager would contact me on Monday to meet and resolve the issues. at this time18h58 on Monday this as not happened.

I am extremely irritated by this total lack of service and cannot believe the inefficiency of an institution that is a household name in South Africa
