Discovery Insure has been taking money from my bank account for 5 months without the appropriate authorization given by myself to them to do so.
I have logged a query over a month ago and they still have not resolved. Whilst I may be in favour of the policy they claimed to have "legally" sold to me, In principle I did not give them any authorization to debit the account and activate such a policy on my behalf. I find it disturbing as they keep saying they will replay the tape recordings of the teleconversation.
I only wish for this to be resolved amicably
