I applied for a loan through RCS in the beginning of 2013 and was told I qualified for R40000 which I then took. The next day I was called back and offered an additional R30000 as they apparently calculated incorrectly. I declined the offer at the time as I was ok with the initial amount. Yesterday they called me again congratulating me on being a good customer and would I like to increase my loan. I was told I can get up to about R94000 which meant and additional R50000 on my existing loan, and we did the whole telephonic application again only for me to be told I qualify for a mere R2000 extra on my existing loan. I understand the process they go through but I feel this is complete and utter false advertising as they just entices one with huge amounts and then make you look like a complete fool at the end. What do they think, off course people have expenses and they should take that into consideration before offering these ridiculous amounts you would in any way never qualify for.
