Failure to clarify policy specifics

After a breakdown in Mozambique I was informed that I was not covered for repatriation across SA borders, even though I specifically asked for this as the vehicle and boat insured are mainly used in Mozambique. Its been about a month since I asked them to review the initial conversation and to confirm/deny that it was oversight from their side for not adding this cover to my policy, but still no outcome. I cannot submit a claim for my costs incurred in recovering the vehicle from Mozambique prior to this having been resolved.
