Bank has no Control

Since October 2013 an unauthorized company have been taking R500.00 a month from my current account. Shockingly a staff member at Krugersdorp, now at Key west, told me that the bank has no control over bank accounts. They take a fortune each month for all their bank charges but they have no control. I now have lost R2000.00 while they are investigating. The words "I'll get back to you"... no they don't. Customer service is the last thing they are interested in. I have been a loyal customer all my life. New Year... good bye ABSA!!!
