Poor service for "valued" customers

I'm not sure what exactly is so difficult about banking but man is the banks clueless! First of all as a result of my other clueless bank, i managed to miss my debits at Standard Bank, as no bank is open on Sundays. When I try to rectify the situation, I get told it will just unfortunately look bad on your record, nice. As I have car insurance through them, they inform me, since I missed my debit, I would not be able to rectify the situation until my double debit has went off. Can one not pay it in after the fact, They are so eager to have the money anyway and now I'm stuck without insurance, nice service by the way. After the debit incident, I got numerous calls asking me constantly about my credit card, each saying the same and ending in nothing. Really how long must it take to rectify the same details. Then I make the mistake to go to the branch for internet banking details. Now again when I want to use it the lady did not put any limit on my transactions, so again I'm left in a pickle. Went in to see whether they would magically be open and what a surprise.. they're not. Sure this will spark a new form of chaos. Thanks SA for your incompetent banks
