Pre-paid electricity on cellphone banking

Does the service of buying pre-paid electricity on FNBs cellphone banking actually work? they advertise that it does but every time i try to use it there always one reason or other why they cant process my request. i tried it a few months a go for a few days and had no luck, and i just tried it again today and still they has some sort of problem or the service is under going maintenance or something. So please FNB be honest, does this service actually work at all?
