My phone got lost in november 2013. After a big fight with edgars and finrite I aventualy got compensated. I tried to cancel the insurance because they could not cover my cellphone. But I got nowhere. Today I tried again. You just get put on hold the whole time. This is now costing me - R237 for insurance that I cant use. I held on for 10.17 minutes on the phone today and no one answered me.
