Pathetic service

Actually I have no hope of getting this resolved but I'll try again. I've been trying for 3 weeks already to get the bank to pay out my final progress payments. I've send progress payment requests, completion letters, engineers certificates for foundation, slab and roof, even the engineers enrollment certificate at the council of engineers, I lodged a complaint, a so-called senior assessor was assigned but still I get the same stupid response, this one even more clear than the previous: "kindly fax engineers to 0861111113". What, is their certificates not good enough anymore, you want to file the engineers now too?! And the stupid security check every time I phone!!! I'm sorry but after phoning the call centre at least three times a week for 3 weeks running I'm getting fed up with stating my ID and everything time and again. Can't the consultant to whom this is assigned just phone me and tell me what they want, the unclear SMS's are getting a pain in the neck. I'm supposed to get this excellent service becuase I'm a prestige client but all I get is bad pathetic service. 5 working days has passed three times already and the next 5 working days is about to expire again.
