Disgusted with service

On the 30th august two debit orders of R1000 each took place while I was at work. I immediately reported this to african bank n was advised it can take upto 3 months. Till date I have received no feedback and everytime call to query the I am told it still with forensics. The service received is pathetic as they cannot keep their word.
