Call regarding payment - DO NOT follow arrangment

I received a call on Tuesday, 27th of August. The call centre agent asked me why I had not paid my account.
She was also so threatening saying that I will be blacklisted and what not when I know that my payments have been going off just fine. Also I work for a Bank, I know the regulations of how this would work. I did not appreciatye her tone or what she had said to me.
I have not authorised any date other than the 30th to do the debit order for this montrh... i just see now on my internet banking that they (African Bank) just took the liberty to debit my account.
I do not understand what the point of the arrangement is when they DO NOT stick to the agreement.
I hate AFRICAN BANKS service and more so Furniture City who has caused all of these issues.
I vow never to have accounts with these 2 entities in future.. and I will be critizing their services to all my friends and family.
