Against Mobile Choice

I picked up on my Credit Health Report (all credit bureaus, transunion, experian, xds) that I owe Mobile Health R12456 since the 12th September 2013, with a monthly instalment of R519pm. I am now listed on this credit bureas as a bad payer because of these. I would like to state that I have never, ever taken anything from Mobile Choice, and therefore would like my name to be removed from the credit bureaus. I don't even know what product was taken. I have also opened a case of at the police station against Mobile Choice.
Can anyone from Mobile Choice attend to this URGENTLY as it is damaging my name unnecessary.
