What a Load of!!!

I have just received a letter from an attorney demanding payment within 10 days or legal action will be taken against me. I filled in the online application form around a year and a half ago, Never received any response from them. About 2 weeks ago I received an email stating that I owe them R399.
Now I'm told that i had 7days to cancel the application during the "cooling off" period.
" Our instructions are furthermore that you have submitted a Loan Application, but could same not be processed due to the fact that you have failed and/or neglected to pay our client the amount of R399-00. Should you pay same, our client will gladly assist you with their services as indicated."
!!! I DON'T WHAT YOUR SERVICES!!!
