Incorrect Debit Date

I woke up this morning to find an email from my bank stating I have an unpaid amount due to Miway. Thinking to myself it cant be the 28th already, that this is not the date I have requested and seems to be the first time its happened, I would like to know where was an sms or email informing me of this!? I chose 28th of every month for a reason and today is the 21st. Please fix this!!!
