Waiting for a call since 25 Novembe

I have been trying, in vain, to increase a loan amount on exactly the same basis and security as before. The new lady at credit who needs to approve this, Naledi Khumalo, now seemingly has an issue with this. I am soon going to be unable to clear the financial burden of the loan if I do not urgently receive help. I need this load as a bridging period. If i do not get this loan approved, then Nedbank will also not be able to recover the previous amount loaned because I will lose everything. Without this money I will not be ale to manifest my dream I have sacrificed everything for.
Please get me a competent person top talk to as soon as possible, I have until Christmas to get the money. The focus of this issue has been disgraceful.
It is simply an increase of a loaned amount against security which is in place for more than double the total value.
