Momentum Short-Term Insurance
9 months later and roof still not repaired

Momentum replaced my geyser earlier this year and the company tasked to do this insisted they could only do this through the roof and assured me there would be no problems. I trusted this and when the rains came down a month or so later the spot where the roof was removed leaked water into the house and onto my DB board. I logged a call and advised them. Momentum sent the same people who did the installation to assess the damage, they obviously found no problem from their side. On my insistence they sent out another assessor and still cannot furnish me with his findings. Recently they have sent out another assessor and have promised to have the roof repaired as I had reached boiling point when the DB board blew out due to the water leak, momentum did send out an electrician that night, however he has billed me and momentum has promised to settle this. The rains have not stopped neither has the leak in my roof, no word still from momentum on when this will be fixed. I'm really disappointed as Momentum used to be so efficient and I have been with them for many years and have everything insured by them.
