Dont want to pay out my claim

I bought a car on the 28th of November 2013 (opel astra essentia 2013 model), on the 1st of december i had an accident, when i took this insurance only R5000.00 excess was mentioned to me, then i agreed to that term, it came a time when i was about to make a claim I was told i must pay the excess of R5000.00 and 10% of the value of my car R22000 and oanother 10% of the car value which another R22000 and R5000.00, the excess that i am supposed to pay is - R55000.00 which is almost the cost of the repairs, and the other thing I have received my policy wording 4 days after the accudent, the claim was already made by me
