Finally a person who really does his job well

As a client of Nedbank, I have found that the service is generally very bad and call centre efficiency is incredibly slow and frustrating. For a refreshing change however I have had the pleasure of dealing with Auther from the the Rivonia Branch who is a young man who really goes the extra mile and makes sure that the clients needs are met and more. I am very impressed with his service and his ability.
