No debit till now

I want to put on a complain about not being debited on my acocunt as set for the 31 of each month i called in today and was adivsed that my bank didnt allow the debit to go throu i then contatced teh bank which advised that as set with standard bank the is enough money for westbank to debit my account so who should i believe now i dont want any bad name on me beocuse of missed installment while its not my fault today is the 1 of feb i still hv money in my account but your cleint car says the installment is on hold i want this matter sortted out cos you inconvininceing me n chnaged my debit date to teh 28 of evry month
