I made the mistake of taking out a contract with bayport over the phone in 2008. I received th dual sim AG cell and th cell c sim cards. That skorokoro of a phone went in fo repairs over 3 times yet I was told it would b replaced after th 3rd tym. This all in less than 6 months.after my now umpteenth time repaired phone came back from the regular repair trip, my house was burgled and the phone was with th sims. I called lameport to report this and to submit the case number as I was initially told that the exorbitant amount I was paying monthly included insurance. I was then told that this was not the case and that cheap handset would not be replaced nd was told to go cell c to replace the sim cards. I mean really? i didn't enter into an agreement with cell c, it was with YOU! i asked for recordings of the initial call when I took out the contract nd was sent from pillar to post until I decided to stop paying. Now I am being hounded by your collects team who always make me speak to Managers who promise to investigate and revert back... tot vandaag! This is my last stop before the Ombudsmans door!
