Pathetic Consultant at your Smart Device call

Hi. I'm extremely upset after talking to A rude arrogant egotistical woman at your call center who kept me on hold for 30 minutes after I queried why i am being charged R810 a month for the Apple IMac which you as FNB advertise for R699. This arrogant woman kept ON not listening to me and told me that i did not quality for the device hence the bank offered this to me at a higher rate. I never ever agreed to this and the consultant whom did the application told me i qualified for the device after a credit check and never once did this person mention anything about me not qualifying for the device. I insist that i want this device at R699 per month as you as FNB failed your in your legal obligation to me via your greedy consultant whom did not explain this to me. Further more the service I as a Plantinum client is receiving is shocking to say the least from your staff. I also de-activated my credit card pin by accident over the weekend and guess what only your private banking devision helped me You better call me regarding this device and you can come and collect this device as you have made me upset to such and extent with this 3rd world service this horrible woman gave to me today
