No Responce

After several calls to Miway to enquire about their rewards program and even with leaving a callback message on their web page I still have no feeback from them. According to their call centre someone was suppose to contact me but despite the initial complaint I still dont know whats going on. This is not the first bad service that I have had from Miway, should I move my insurance???
