Bad service and harassment

Phoned for a quote and accepted. Realised I'm under insured and sent my current policy schedule to them and asked for the same and new quote. No response. After numerous e-mails I've asked for policy to be cancelled. All of a sudden I am good enough to be contacted and now they refuse to cancel the policy and keep on harassing me by phone and e-mail. Had to shout at them and still they refuse to accept that I want to cancel due to poor service. Tired of the harassment!!!
