Employment Equity Policy

I can wright a novel about this experience. For as long as I have known outsurance, it been a company that prides itself with employment equity, i guess that doesn't apply when it comes to procurement of service providers. We have been chasing a gentleman by the name of Iwan Cox, who happens to be the only person that deals with the employment of towing service providers in Outsurance, for more than a year. And all his requests have been complied with, yet he fails to give any feedback on our application or is always too busy to even look at our emails. We happen to be a very reputable company within our field of service and area, we've been doing a lot of work for outsurance and complying with their guidelines over the past 4 years, yet this company still can't make us their approved service provider for reasons that they cannot give us besides " we are too busy". Its an absolute shame that i myself used to pride myself with outsurance values, I guess the values that they promote only extend as far as a marketing gimmick to gain customers, if this is how outsurance treats existing/prospective services providers, how do you think those service providers will treat their customers.
