HARRASSMENT

After my last post, a very rude person (I didn't catch their name) phoned me. As I explained my issue with them, she told me (not explained) they were continuing with their process in spite of my complaint then she hung up the phone as I was busy talking. That is arrogance at its worst. I then received an email with an even bigger amount that I owed. I've replied to their emails but nothing helps. My last email to them I said I'm going to complain to the relevant authorities (Debt Colkectors Council). I will do that because I believe they are in violation of the law. As for their client Impact Meters the matter is being considered by NERSA and the municipality.
