It has been 4 and a half months since my husband excepted a retrenchment from his place of work, all documents was done but no pay out from the provident fund has been received as of yet. After travelling up and down and his manager and hour representative phoning numerous times and emailing constantly, no answer has of yet been send. Last response was it takes ten weeks we have doubled that number and still after even contacting the teamleader Sophia Pesh still no pay out. To Absa it is maybe just a few rands but to my children it makes a difference between a christmas and no christmas
